Please note that in the WPBakery Page Builder 7.6 version, interacting with both the Backend and Frontend Editors now requires a double click when switching between modules. We already reported to the WPBakery Team this change as a major flaw in the workflow for users, impacting the efficiency of module management within the editors compared to previous versions.

Previous Version (Example 7.4)

In the previous version, such as 7.4, it was possible to open another module directly by a single click. For reference, see an example here: Previous Version Interaction.

New Version 7.6

In the new version 7.6, clicking on the settings of one module closes it, and then a double-click is required to access the settings of a second module. This change is depicted here: New Version Interaction.

We are currently waiting for a possible fix on their part before proceeding to a custom solution.
