Uncode includes 2 plugins that must be installed and activated: Uncode Core and Uncode Page Builder. The Uncode Core plugin is required for the theme to work, as it contains all of the theme’s basic functionality. The Uncode Page Builder is needed in order to activate the page builder, advanced functionalities, and layouts. Any other plugins (like Slider Revolution, Related Posts, etc...) that come with the theme are optional.
If you are not able to complete the Product Registation or you have an issue installing plugins this can be only related to server settings that prevent plugins installation through the famous TMGA interface. Below are instructions for install plugins with classic WordPress methods. If you continue to have problems please contact our support.
Install plugins with WordPress (classic method)
You can try install plugins with the classic method:
- Access your ThemeForest downloads with the account that was used to purchase Uncode.
- Look for Uncode in your list of purchases, click the Download button and select 'All files & documentation', screenshot .
- Open the folder 'uncode_main.zip' and navigate to the folder 'plugins' where are located all the Premium Plugins, screenshot .
- Please upload and install the zip folders via the classic WordPress plugins installer.
Install plugins via FTP
- Access your ThemeForest downloads with the account that was used to purchase Uncode.
- Look for Uncode in your list of purchases, click the Download button and select 'All files & documentation', screenshot .
- Open the folder 'uncode_main.zip' and navigate to the folder 'plugins' where are located all the Premium Plugins, screenshot .
- Unzip the plugins’ files, and upload the extracted folders into the wp-content → plugins folder of your installation.
