If you need to reorder your filter menu items you just need to install and activate the free and convenient Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin. This plugin orders Categories and all custom taxonomies terms (hierarchically) using a Drag and Drop Sortable javascript capability. Please note that this plugin doesn't work well if you need to reorder subcategories. If you need to reorder siblings subcategories you can use the free WP Term Order plugin. You can also try this plugin if you have issues with the Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin.
