When you purchase Uncode from our Direct Store, an account is automatically created for you on our platform (powered by Freemius). This account allows you to manage your licenses, download theme files, and view your invoices.

First-time login

If you are a new customer, you will receive a welcome email immediately after your purchase containing your account details and a temporary password, screenshot .

To log in for the first time, click the "Log in here →" link provided in that email, or visit the Undsgn Account page. Use your temporary password to log in; you will be prompted to update it to a secure, permanent password right away.

Account login

Once you have chosen your new password, make sure to save it safely. From this moment on, you can access your Account at any time, and these credentials will serve as your official Freemius account logins.

If you already have a Freemius account from purchasing any other WordPress plugin or theme in the past, you do not need a new temporary password. Simply access the Undsgn Account page and log in using your existing Freemius credentials. Once logged in, your new Undsgn purchases will automatically appear in your dashboard.

Navigating your dashboard

Once you are inside your Undsgn account, you can use the navigation tabs to manage your purchases:

• Websites: This tab displays a list of all your WordPress installations where your Uncode theme is currently registered and active.
• Downloads: Here you can find and download the latest available version of the Uncode theme files for manual installation or backup.
• Licenses: This tab contains your unique License Keys. You will need to copy these keys to activate and register Uncode inside your WordPress dashboard.
• Subscriptions: This section allows you to monitor your active renewal plans (Annual or Lifetime), view renewal dates, or manage your billing preferences.
• Invoices: Access and download official statements and payment receipts for all your transactions and renewals.
• My Profile: Update your personal information, change your account email address, or update your password.
