Your Uncode subscription has expired. Your website keeps working and the theme stays active, but your access to updates and support is now paused. The good news: you can reactivate it in a few clicks directly from your Undsgn Account.
How to reactivate your subscription
Renewing instantly restores full access to updates and support. To reactivate:
- Log into your Undsgn Account.
- Open the Subscriptions tab to review your plan status and renewal date.
- Follow the renewal prompt to update your payment method or complete the outstanding payment. Access is restored immediately.
What happens when the subscription expires
While the subscription is expired, the following are no longer available until you reactivate:
- No support: You can no longer submit new support requests.
- No theme updates: You stop receiving new Uncode versions, including security updates and fixes.
- No plugin updates: The bundled Uncode plugins no longer receive updates, which over time can lead to compatibility and security issues.
- No import: The demo and content import functionality is disabled.
The most important consequence is the loss of support and security updates. Running an outdated theme and plugins without security patches exposes your website to potential vulnerabilities over time, so we strongly recommend reactivating as soon as possible.
What keeps working
Your live website is not affected: the theme remains active and your site continues to run normally. Expiration only pauses updates and support — it does not deactivate Uncode on your installations.
If your subscription no longer appears as renewable, or you need help recovering your license, please contact our Support Team or purchase a new plan from the Direct Store.
