Envato License Terms
According to the Envato License Terms, it's not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. A user is licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for himself or one client. For example, the Item is a website theme, and the end product is the final website customized with the content. Note that these terms do not apply only to Uncode but to all themes available on the Envato Market:
If you want to use Uncode for a new project and you need to register it on a new domain, you will need to purchase an additional license:
⚠ Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation. In other words, it is a serious legal offense and is strictly prohibited.
Migrate or transfer a Purchase Code
According to the Envato License Terms, it's not possible to use one of the Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs. In a nutshell, 1 license = 1 domain:
The only time a License could be requested to be reset is if you need to move a staging site to a live domain, but even in this instance, you will need to remove the staging once it has been migrated. If you want to keep a staging site indefinitely, this would require a dedicated License. Summing up, it is possible to request a License relocation in the following situations:
- If you are moving an existing staging website to a live domain;
- If you are migrating an existing website to a new domain.
If you are in one of these cases, please send a private message using the form on our ThemeForest author profile page on the Envato Market website, and include your Purchase Code. Our team will help so you can validate the License on the new domain:
Notes: Please do not send requests stating possible migrations of websites that no longer exist but only real projects currently located on a URL that needs to be transferred and validated on a new domain.
