Use this Support Help Center
The fastest and most reliable method for contacting our Support Team is to use this Help Center. When you create a ticket, we can check your installation privately and determine the best solution to your problem.
Note that access to the Help Center is managed directly by Envato (ThemeForest), which will check whether your Purchase Code and support period are valid, as described in the license terms.
To open a ticket, please use the "Submit a ticket" button that you find at the top-right of any page:
Use the ThemeForest comments
If your support period has expired and you are no longer able to access this dedicated Help Center, you can send a message to us via the Uncode Theme comments section on the ThemeForest website. At the bottom of the page you will find an "Add a comment" form to send a message:
Please don't use the Presale Chat
If you need pre-purchase information, the best method is to use the chat window that you'll find in any page of the Uncode demo website. This is accessible through the right-side panel or by the Extra → Presale Chat menu item, screenshot. Please avoid asking for support using the Presale Chat sites, you will simply be redirected to one of the suggested channels listed above:
Please don't use Social Media
Please note that social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube are not used for support services. These sites are not curated by our Support Team, and there is no Purchase Code verification. Unfortunately, there are many users with illicit versions of Uncode who ask for support using social media platforms. For this reason, Purchase Code verification registration is required if you want to access support services for ThemeForest themes. Please avoid asking for support using these sites. You will simply be redirected to one of the suggested channels listed above, such as our Help Center and the ThemeForest comments system.
