Older versions of Uncode theme and Visual Composer no longer work with WordPress 4.5. You should experiences errors in your front-end like elements disappear and problem in your admin too (empty Visual Composer, inability to add new media, etc).
- Update Uncode Theme: confirm you have updated your theme version at least to version 1.3.2 with one of the methods described above.
- Update Uncode Core plugin: to update the Uncode Core go to Uncode > Install Plugins and click ‘update’.
- Update Uncode Visual Composer plugin: to update Visual Composer go to Uncode > Install Plugins and click ‘update’. If this fails try to deactivate and remove the actual Uncode Visual Composer from the WordPress > Plugins, once you have deleted the old version of the plugin, you’ll find the new version available to install in Uncode > Install Plugins. Latest and stable version of the Uncode Visual Composer is the 126.96.36.199.
- Clear the browser cache: sometimes can happen that your browser have cached the old admin files, so the browser still have the wrong file even if you have the new files on your server. Be sure to clear the browser cache after have installed all the updates.
