Uncode version 2.9.0 introduces the 'Justify' option for vertical alignment within Columns. This option facilitates dynamic and justified spacing of content, offering innovative layout possibilities.
With this feature, content elements within a Column can be vertically aligned in a precise manner:
- If there are two elements, the first will be aligned to the Top and the second to the Bottom.
- If there are three elements, the first will be aligned to the Top, the second to the Middle, and the third to the Bottom. This pattern continues accordingly with additional elements.
You can access this new setting under the Column Settings → Vertical Position → Justify, screenshot .
Note that utilizing this Justify option will automatically set other columns in the same Row to Equal Height.
Last items aligned bottom
A popular layout requested by users involves aligning the last element of a Column, with previous contents of different heights, to the Bottom. For example, consider a setup with Banners and a Button aligned at the Bottom, regardless of the varying content in each Column, screenshot.
To implement this:
- Place an Icon, Heading, and Text within an Inner Row;
- Position the Button element outside the Inner Row;
- The Justify option will then treat the Inner Row and Button as two separate elements to be aligned, one at the Top and the other at the Bottom, screenshot.
