Starting from July 1, 2026, Uncode can be purchased either on Envato Market (ThemeForest) or directly through our new Direct Store (Undsgn). Depending on where you bought your copy of Uncode, the product registration and activation process will differ.

Register an Envato Market License

To register your product, navigate to Uncode → System Status and look for the Product Registration section. To complete the registration, you’ll need the Envato Purchase Code.

Where can I find my Purchase Code?

To download your Purchase Code simply follow these steps or check this video, screenshot :

1. Access your ThemeForest downloads with the account that was used to purchase Uncode.
2. Look for Uncode in your list of purchases, click the Download button and select 'License Certificate & Purchase Code'.
3. Copy the 'Item Purchase Code' into the field 'Envato Purchase Code' of the Registration page.

Register a Direct Store License

To register your product, navigate to Uncode → System Status and look for the Product Registration section. To complete the registration, you’ll need the License Key.

Where can I find my License Key?

If you purchased your theme with an Annual or Lifetime option from the Undsgn website, please follow these steps to activate your product:

1. Get your License Key: The License Key was sent to the email address you used at purchase, screenshot . Alternatively, you can always find it inside your Undsgn Account under the Licenses tab, screenshot . If you need instructions on how to access your Undsgn account, please visit the dedicated documentation.
2. Activate the Theme: Copy the License Key and paste it into the License Key field inside your WordPress dashboard under Uncode → System Status, screenshot .

Registration approval & Data permissions

Each license entitles use for a single project — one person for a single project (Envato Market), or according to your subscription plan (Direct Store). The term 'Register your product' means connecting to our API server or store engine and validating your Purchase Code or License Key for the installation. Below is a breakdown of the approval and the data that is shared:

• Envato approval (Required): With the approval checkbox you grant permission to run the Product Registration and validate your installation, confirming you are compliant with the Envato License and Envato License Terms.
• View License Essentials (Required): This shares basic data such as your Homepage URL, Theme version, and SDK version. It allows us to manage and control where the license is activated, ensuring theme security and feature updates are only delivered to websites you authorize.
• View Theme State (Required): This shares whether the theme is active, deactivated, or uninstalled. This ensures you can seamlessly reuse your license when the theme is no longer active on a specific site.
• View Diagnostic Info (Optional): This can be toggled on or off. It shares WordPress & PHP versions, site language, and site title. Enabling this helps us avoid breaking your website due to system incompatibilities and helps us recognize which languages the theme should be tailored to.
• View Plugins & Themes List (Optional): This can be toggled on or off. It shares the names, slugs, and versions of your installed plugins and themes. Enabling this helps us ensure compatibility and proactively avoid conflicts with third-party software.

Copyright & Terms of Use

Uncode is copyrighted digital content licensed to you, not sold. By registering and using the theme, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our usage terms based on your purchase channel:

• Envato Market (ThemeForest) Purchases: The billing, licensing terms, and process are purely handled by Envato (the company who owns ThemeForest), and we have no control over these aspects. Currently, ThemeForest offers a single license and an extended license. The single license means that you need to purchase one single license for every site that uses Uncode. Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation. In other words, it is a serious legal offense and is strictly prohibited. So if you are building 3 websites with Uncode, you are required to purchase 3 single licenses. Even the extended license operates this way, but you can re-sell this as an end product.
• Direct Store purchases (undsgn.com): Direct purchases, subscription licensing, and renewal payments are securely handled and processed by Freemius, acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Each purchase grants you a license key to use Uncode according to the specific tier selected at checkout (e.g., number of allowed websites). Sharing your license key or account access with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Terms of Product Registration: Across both platforms, the product registration process confirms your compliance with the respective license terms. Validating your purchase helps us know that you have purchased a valid license to use for your website and that you are compliant with the rules (Envato License / Undsgn Terms & Conditions). "Register your product" means connecting to our API server or store engine and validating your Purchase Code or License Key associated with the URL of the installation to verify that you’re not using the same credentials on other unauthorized installations. No sensitive personal information will be fetched from your accounts.

Possible problems with Product Registration

If you encounter an error with the Purchase Code or Product Registration please follow:

• Product Registration not working
• You have exceeded the maximum number of Envato activations
